Why 1%
The theme of 1% is a simple invitation to pause and reconnect with yourself.
Do you know that 1% of a day is approximately 15 minutes? Just 15 minutes spent slowing down, reflecting, and paying attention to your inner needs can make a meaningful difference to your well-being.
Research suggests that intentional moments of solitude and reflection can help reduce stress, improve emotional awareness, and foster a greater sense of calm.
1% Chill Day encourages participants to take that small but important step towards better well-being.
