About the Event
A group of children have been attending weekly English classes on Saturday over the past year, and because the children want to continue meeting, Mong Kok Baptist Church is hosting a Children's Fun Reading Time over the summer. Children's Fun Reading Time will be running twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays on the scheduled dates. We are recruiting teaching assistants to support the main teacher as they teach the lesson by offering encouragement and building relationships with the children. To promote a positive rapport with students; volunteers are encouraged to join at least two sessions.
